   *  design study for Multi-core/multi-thread application
     - implementation of static tables (Particle Table etc.)
     - treatment of ions

Track:

   *  code review
   *  Fix treatment of IsFirst/LastStepInVolume flag in G4Track 
      (need help of transportation)  
   *  Design a scheme for more precision for tracking in time 
      (cooperation with transportation)
