Work Plan for 2010
- Materials
- Extension of ion stopping data
- Introduction of variable density of material (material properties
computed from a reference/nominal material, for which only the
physics table is built)
- Review of atomic shell energies
- Process-based event biasing
- Propose a (multi-)differential cross-section design, and provide a
prototype
- Reverse Monte Carlo technique
- Collaborative work with biasing cross-section implementation, to
define a set of common functionalities, classes and methods that
can be used in both cross-section biasing and Reverse Monte Carlo
- Extension of adjoint physics to some hadronic processes
- Parallel geometry
- Review current design and implementation (general to parallel geometry)
- Regular maintenance
